2. Scope of this policy
This policy explains how we process personal data when you visit eastbridgepartners.sk, submit an enquiry, book a meeting, download a resource, communicate with us or interact with our business content and campaigns.
It does not govern websites, platforms or services operated by third parties. When you follow an external link or use an embedded third-party service, that provider may process personal data under its own privacy terms.

When you submit a form, we use the information to understand your request, contact you and decide whether and how we can assist. Form submissions are sent to authorised Eastbridge recipients, stored in a secured website database and recorded in a restricted Google Sheet used for enquiry management.
We recommend retaining unsuccessful or inactive enquiries for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal reasons or a shorter period is appropriate. Information relating to an active or completed engagement may be kept for the duration required by contractual, accounting and legal obligations.
7. Meeting bookings
If you use the booking function, Calendly or another configured scheduling provider may process your name, email, availability, meeting information and technical data. The provider’s privacy terms apply to its processing. Where possible, the booking component loads only after you choose to open it.
8. Analytics and marketing technologies
With your consent, we may use tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand website usage. With separate marketing consent, we may use tools such as LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel to measure campaigns and interactions.
Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies are not activated before the relevant consent is provided. You can change your choices at any time through Cookie Settings.
